Quotes, deposits, recurring agreements and what happens if we miss something.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The walkthrough and the quote are free for move out, deep cleaning, commercial and Airbnb jobs. We encourage walkthroughs, because a quote given without seeing the space can change once we do.
Do you take a deposit?
On a first booking, yes. A $25 deposit secures the appointment. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and we refund it. Cancel less than 24 hours ahead and it is non-refundable.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours. We come back, clean it, and put the issue right. Call us directly or send an email and we will sort it out with you.
Is there a discount for weekly cleaning?
Yes. Weekly cleaning customers get a discount. Ask us when you book.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Please put away and lock up anything personal or valuable. Everything else you can leave to us.
Do you offer anything for new customers?
We run a new-customer introduction offer on basic cleaning. Call or text either number and we will tell you what is running at the moment rather than have you find out a price here that has moved on.
When do I pay?
Payment is due the day of the cleaning, and within 24 hours at the latest.
Can I switch from a basic clean to a deep clean?
Yes, with 72 hours notice to your tech. We quote the deep clean, and both of us have to agree that quote before the work starts.
What happens if I skip a month on a recurring agreement?
If you are on a weekly or biweekly agreement and skip more than a month, restarting it takes a deep clean of the home first, unless we have agreed something else with you beforehand.
Which areas do you cover?
All of southwest Washington, including Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield and Battle Ground, and across the river through Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego and down to Salem.
