About Deep Cleaning
A deep clean is where we work through the parts of a home a regular visit never reaches. Baseboards, door frames, light switches, the tops of furniture, the track a shower door runs in. This is the service our customers mention most in their reviews, and it is usually because it reached dirt they had stopped noticing. Deep cleaning starts at $220, and the walkthrough and quote are free.
The right call before or after a move, before people come to stay, at the start of a recurring agreement, or when it has simply been too long. It is also what we do first when a weekly or biweekly agreement restarts after a skipped month.

How a Visit Runs
Free walkthrough
We look at the space with you. A deep clean priced down the phone is a guess, and guesses are what make an invoice change later.
Agreed quote
You get the price before anything starts, and nothing starts until you have said yes to it.
Room by room, top down
We work high to low so nothing lands on a surface we have already finished. It is slower, and it is the reason the result holds.
Walk it with us
Look it over before we leave. If a room is not right, tell us inside 24 hours and we come back and fix it.
Questions We Hear
Do I pay for the quote?
No. The walkthrough and the quote are free on every job we take, whatever the size.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends entirely on the size and condition of the home. That is what the walkthrough is for, and we would rather tell you six hours honestly than three hours optimistically.
I booked a basic clean and want a deep clean instead.
Let your tech know 72 hours ahead. We quote the deep clean, and both of us have to agree that quote before the work starts.
What is the difference between this and a basic clean?
A basic clean maintains what is already clean. A deep clean resets a home: inside the appliances, the baseboards, the door frames, the light fixtures, and the places a weekly visit does not have time for.
Deep cleans take us all over Clark County and down through the Portland metro, from Ridgefield to Lake Oswego.
