About Post Construction Cleaning
Construction dust does not settle once. It settles, gets disturbed, and settles again, which is why a site cleaned badly looks dusty again two days later. We work a finished site through properly, including the ledges, tracks and tops the dust keeps falling off, so the space is genuinely ready to hand over. Priced between 15 and 35 cents a square foot.
Contractors, renovators and homeowners at the end of a build or a remodel, when the tools have gone and the dust has not. It is also worth doing between the trades finishing and any photography or viewing.

When should you come in?
Once the trades are finished and off site. If we come in before the last of the work is done, the dust simply comes back and you pay for it twice.
Why is this priced differently to a deep clean?
Construction dust is finer, it is everywhere, and it needs more passes. Square-foot pricing reflects the work rather than the room count.
