About Basic Cleaning
Basic cleaning is the visit most of our Vancouver customers settle into. It keeps a home that is already in reasonable shape from sliding: kitchens and bathrooms stay on top of themselves, floors get done properly rather than spot-mopped, and the surfaces you actually touch get wiped every visit. Pricing starts at $150 and moves with the size of the home.
Book this if your place already gets attention and you want it held there. Households where everyone works, families who would rather spend Saturday somewhere else, and people who have simply decided this is not a good use of their evenings. If it has been a long while, or you are moving in or out, start with a deep clean and drop onto basic visits afterwards.
What's Included
Regular upkeep for a home in decent shape. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces, weekly or monthly.
Basic Cleaning
- Kitchen surfaces, sinks and the outsides of appliances
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks and mirrors
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Dusting of reachable surfaces and fixtures
- Trash out, and beds made on request

Weekly, biweekly or monthly. Weekly customers get a discount, so say if that is what you are after.

We work the same order each time, which is how a recurring clean stays consistent instead of drifting.

Within 24 hours and we come back and put it right. That applies to every visit, not only the first.
Questions We Hear
How often should I book?
Most of our recurring customers land on biweekly. Weekly suits busy households and anyone with pets. Monthly works if you keep on top of things between visits and want the heavier jobs handled.
Is there a discount for weekly cleaning?
Yes. Weekly customers get a discount. Ask for it when you book and we will apply it.
What if my place needs more than a basic clean?
We will say so at the walkthrough rather than take the booking and under-deliver. Homes that have not been cleaned in a while usually want a deep clean first, and basic visits then hold it there.
Do I need to be home?
No, and plenty of our customers are not. We need access arranged in advance, and anything personal or valuable put away and locked up.
Most of our recurring basic cleans are in Vancouver and Camas, with a regular run across the river into Portland.
