We work through the place the way an inspection will: inside and out of the cabinets, inside the appliances, floors, baseboards and door frames. How a Visit Runs
Give us the date
Move outs run to a deadline, so tell us the handover or inspection date when you call and we book around it.
Free walkthrough and quote
We see the property before we price it. A quote given without seeing it can change once we do, and we would rather not do that to you.
We clean it empty
Ideally once the furniture has gone. If it has not, say so, because it changes what we can reach and what the price should be.
Check it before the keys go back
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back.

Can you work around my move date?
Yes, that is normally how it goes. Tell us the date when you call and we will book around it.
Should the property be empty first?
It gives you the best result, because we can reach everything. If furniture is still in, say so when you book so the quote reflects it.
Will this satisfy a landlord inspection?
We clean to the standard an inspection looks for, and the make-it-right window covers you: if something we cleaned gets flagged, tell us within 24 hours and we come back.
Do you do move in cleans as well?
Yes, and plenty of people book them. Same work, done before your things arrive rather than after somebody else’s leave.
