About Commercial Cleaning
We clean offices and small commercial premises on a schedule built around the business, which usually means outside working hours. Commercial work is priced between 15 and 25 cents a square foot, and the walkthrough and quote are free. One of our longest-running contracts is a youth centre, and the reason we still have it is that the space looks the same every time somebody unlocks it.
Offices, community and youth centres, and small business premises that want one standard held week after week rather than a one-off tidy. If your current arrangement is somebody different every month, this is the alternative.

How a Visit Runs
Walkthrough of the premises
We see the space, the square footage and the access arrangements, then price it. Free, and before you commit to anything.
Agree the schedule
Which nights, how often, and how we get in. Most of our commercial work happens after hours so nobody is working around us.
Same scope every visit
A written scope means the standard does not drift when we are busy, which is the usual failure of commercial cleaning.
One point of contact
Call or text us directly. You are not filing a ticket with an office that will get to it.
Questions We Hear
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and it is what most of our commercial customers want. Evenings and weekends both work.
How is commercial work priced?
Between 15 and 25 cents a square foot, depending on the space and what it needs. The walkthrough that sets the price is free.
Do you take small premises?
Yes. A single office suite is a normal job for us, not one we are too big for.
We hold commercial contracts on both sides of the river, in Vancouver and across the Portland metro.
